vyvoice is a product and brand operated by Alexander Mason, a sole proprietor.
By purchasing and using vyvoice, you agree to this refund policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Subscription refunds are only available within 72 hours of the initial purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued for subscription renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Monthly or annual subscription renewals can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
All free licenses are non-refundable as they are provided at no cost to the user.
Lifetime license purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for lifetime licenses.
Partial refunds may be granted at the discretion of vyvoice management in exceptional circumstances. Please contact our support team to discuss your situation.
You can view your billing cycle and manage automatic renewals through the Manage Your Account portal.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
vyvoice uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record (MOR) to process payments and handle subscriptions. All refund requests are handled directly through Paddle and subject to their policies and procedures.

We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
